TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE:
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or box office credits for tickets to any Interlochen Arts Festival performance, unless that performance has been cancelled.
Only clear bags no larger than 12"x12"x6", clear plastic resealable bags, or small clutches approximately the size of your hand are permitted into the venue.
Michigan law prohibits any weapons, including concealed weapons and knives of any size, on Interlochen property because we are an educational campus.
Kresge Auditorium and The Bowl
Every effort will be made to complete the performance, including playing in light rain. In the event a performance is cancelled due to inclement weather before the intermission a full refund will be issued. This refund will either be a credit to the credit card used to purchase the tickets or we will mail a check to you. Please come to or call the box office beginning the day after the affected performance. All refund claims must be received by September 1 of the performance year. Since precipitation in the summer commonly moves through northwest Michigan quickly, we will never cancel an Interlochen performance prior to the published start time. Service charges are non-refundable.
Shakespeare Festival and Upton-Morley Pavillion
In the event of rain, every effort will be made to complete the Interlochen Shakespeare Festival performance, including playing in light rain. If cancelled after intermission, there are no refunds but you may receive tickets to another Interlochen Shakespeare Festival performance in the same summer (based on availability - not guaranteed). No immediate refunds will be made. Please come to or call the box office beginning the day after the affected performance and we will issue a credit to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Harvey and Phoenix Theatre Policy
All tickets for productions in Harvey and Phoenix theatres will be held in will call and may be picked up at the venue starting one (1) hour prior to the performance. 15 minute prior to starting time, all unclaimed tickets will be considered void and may be released to the waiting line. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early! This policy ensures that people are not turned away when empty seats remain, and that the actors have as many people in the audience as possible.
As a courtesy to our artists, students, and the audience, please keep noise to a minimum during the performance. Interlochen reserves the right to remove disruptive persons from the theaters.
Child Age Recommendations and Restrictions
For the majority of guest artist performances at Interlochen Center for the Arts, children under the age of 3 will not be admitted. All children must be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout the performance. Please use discretion in choosing to bring a child. Children of all ages are welcome to attend designated Interlochen Center for the Arts family performances, including most student and faculty performances. For more information, please call the box office. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
Interlochen Center for the Arts works with the artists to determine when late seating is appropriate and will be the least disruptive to the artists and other ticket patrons. Every effort will be made to seat latecomers in a timely manner, however, the nature of some events do not allow for seating after the performance has begun. Latecomers will be asked to wait to be seated until a predetermined time in the program and are not guaranteed the exact seat they purchased.
No Smoking or Alcohol
As a school with students under 18, Interlochen prohibits smoking and alcohol on campus.
Cameras, recording devices, food and drink are prohibited inside the venue.
For the safety of students and staff, the beach and lakeshore areas of campus are not open to the public. Interlochen does not have public docks; watercraft can not be beached or left unattended on Interlochen property at any time.
Will Call / Ticket Pick-Up
Sales that occur the same day as the concert will be subject to an additional $5 fee. The $5 fee applies to featured guest artist performances. The $5 fee does not apply to student performances.
We are the only authorized ticket seller for Interlochen Center for the Arts events.
